  Since we always had to consider all the possibilities in this type of question. So assume we had drawn 8 balls (possibility that all are red) so we need to draw more balls.
  Again we draw 4 more balls say all are green this time. Total till now = 8+4=12
  Now we only have to draw one ball so that there is atleast one ball of same color.
  Thus least no. of balls=8+4+1=13
