  Volume of Cone=(1/3)*Pi*(r^2)*h,Given r=15,h=50,
  =(1/3)*Pi*(15^2)*50=3750*Pi
  Volume of Cylinder=Pi*(R^2)*H, Given R=12, Volume=Pi*(12^2)*H=Pi*144*H
  Equating both volumes,3750*Pi=Pi*144*H,
  H=3750/144=26.041
