- a cannot be the ans bcoz p & q has to be equal,the question demands p>q. b cannot be the ans bcoz if p is increased 0.9^p decreases and is q is decreased 0.92^q increases.therefore both cannot be equal. The ans is c bcoz if we divide both sides by 0.9 by the rules of inequality, p>q..therefore c is the right ans.
