Q. How cut 16*9 plate to make it 12*12.

• 16*9 in which assume that 16 as length 9 as breadth
  cut 16*9 in two parts i.e 12*9 + 4*9
  now take 4*9 part cut into three equal parts
  like 4*3 + 4*3 + 4*3 (4 is length 3 is breadth)
  joint them as 12*3
