16) A car crosses a man walking at 6 km/h. The man can see the things up to 450m only in one direction due to fog. He sees the car which was going in the same direction for 4.5min. What is the speed of the car?
A) 9kmph
B) 12kmph
C) 12.5kmph

ANSWER : 12kmph

SOLUTION :

Man speed = 6km/h = 100m/min
Since both car and man were moving so relative speed = 450m/4.5min

Let assume car speed be x
So,
x-100 = 450/4.5
Or, x = 200
so Speed of car = 200m/min = 12km/h
