  2) 4(2 edges of a single plane each contain 2)
  3) 24(total 6 faces, each contain 4 small cube)
  4) 24(total edges 12, each contains 2 cubes)
  just consider rubee cube(3*3*3). this cube same but this cube has structure of (4*4*4) instead of 3.
