Q. There r some chickens and some chicken field. If we sell 75 chickens Then the feed will last 20 days longer.If we buy 100 chickens more, then the feed will get over before 15 days.What is the present number of chickens?

• let x=number of chicken,y=no of days,z= each day chicken's feed....so total feed=xyz then eqn 1 will be xyz=(x-75)(y+20)z.....
  and eqn 2 will be xyz=(x+100)(y-15)z if we solve this two eqn we get x=300
