  a(1),bb(2),ccc(3),dddd(4),eeeee(5).......
  1+2+3+4+5+...n=240
  => n(n+1)/2 =240
  => n(n+1)=480
  if n=21, 21*22=462
  if n=22, 22*23=506
  U=21, V=22
  so the 240 th term should be 22th letter or V.
