  8hr--->3part--->(48/8)*3men =18 men

• I think 15 men will be required because days are reduced by (1/5) and work is increased by 3 times so 5*3 = 15 men will be required.

  man,days and hours are directly proportional to work.
  i.e (1*5*8)/(m*1*8)=x/3x
  by solving this we get m=15
