• let salaries are x,y,z with respective A,B,C
  saving of A=20%=.2x
  saving of b=15 %=.15 y
  saving of c=25 %=.25z
  
  so .2x:.15y=8/9(given)
  y=1.5x
  
  and ,2x/.25z=8/20
  z=2x
  
  in question given x+y+z=1440
  x+1.5x(y)+2x(z)=1440
  x=320
  so salary of b y=1.5x=480 rs ans
