a firm A had bought a flat for 25000$ and another firm B had rented the same flat for 1800$p/m. which company is paying more?

• i think rentel person is paying more.......
  for a year he is paying 21600rupess=1800*12
  and it continues for the next year
  but the person who bought for 25000 is a once payment
