rest 21 letters can be placed in remaining 6 places in 21P6 ways

so total words can be formed= 5!*21C6

- in 11 places,5 are even,so,5 vowels can be arranged at 5 places in 5!=120 ways
now,remaining 21 letters can be arranged at 6 places in 21c6 ways
