- let present age of man=m and son=s,
now 1st condition,
m = s+24........(1)
after two yrs
m+2 = 2(s+2)
from (1)...(s+24)+2 = 2s+4
s=22 yrs..

- man=son+24
man+2=2(son+2)
by solving above two equations
son's age=22

- Let the son's present age be x years. Then, man's present age = (x + 24) years.
(x + 24) + 2 = 2(x + 2)
x + 26 = 2x + 4
x = 22 - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
- let the age of the father is x and age of son is y
now according to question
x-y=24-------(1)
and (x+2)= 2(y+2)
x-2y=2------(2)
after solving these two equation we find
x=46
and y=22
so 22 is the right ans which is the age of the son

- let men as m and son as s;
now our first equation is m=s+24
and second is m+2 = 2(s+2)
so we get 22 - 5 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
