500 men are arranged in an array of 10 rows and 50 columns according to their heights.
Tallest among each row of all are asked to fall out.
And the shortest among them is A.
Similarly after resuming that to their original positions that the shortest among each column are asked to fall out.
And the tallest among them is B .
Now who is taller among A and B ?

here i try to show the view of arrangement's
c1 c2 c3 c4 c5 c6 c50
r1 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ------------ 50
r2 51 , 52, 53, 54, 55, 56,-------------100
-------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------
r10 451,452,-----------------------------500
here let number corresponds to their height 1,2,3,--------500
1 step a=50 (smaller among tallest from each row )
2 step b=50 (smaller among shortest from each column )
so A and B are same

- ans is b is taller..
because iff we consider first 1 logic.
Tallest among each row of all are asked to fall out.
And the shortest among them is A.
It means tallesst is at always row [0][0],row[1][0]
iff we fall it out then we have element tallest is[0][1]...
but in coloum the tallest is b so as tallest is off [0][1]... and we remove lowest which is a ..
due to which b is tallest thena.
so ans is:-B - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(1)
