• suppose both hands are at 12 O'clock
  when minute hand moves 60 min(a complete round), hr hand move 5 min
  hence relatively(with respect to hr hand), minute hand moves 60-5 min= 55 relative min
  in 55 relative minute, actual minutes moved by min hand = 60 min
  so, in 60 min relative min(to coincide the hands again), actual minute= 60*60/55
  =65 + 5/11 min
  but watch meets at 65 min
  hence clock gains 5/11 min time
