  Quantity remained of Wine:Water=[75-(x*75/100)]:[25-(x*25/100)]
  =[(300-3x)/4]:[(100-x)/4]
  Substituting equal quantity of water makes the mixture ratio 1:1
  So [(300-3x)/4]=[((100-x)/4) +x ],x=200/6= 100/3, which is 1/3 of original mixture
