initially radius was 19m, so area will be 19*19*pi
now the radius is 30m, so area will be 30*30*pi.
so the change in area will be (30*30*pi)-(19*19*pi)=539*pi

after increment in length of rope,area=3.14*30*30=2826 mts2
so increase in area=2826-1153.54=1672.46mts2

whatever be the rope length,the cow moves freely if the other end of the rope is not tied to any immovable objects like trees... so the the area is "infinite" as the cow moves freely
