4)49, 39, 37, 33, 26, 15, ? @@@@@ answer is 16 (49-37=12) and (37-26=11) (26-x=10)
5)35, 57, 12, 14, 2,7, 9, 42, 67, ?
Is the given series is correct?
If the series is change to 35,57,12,14,27,9,42,67,? then the answer is 13.
Break the series as 3 terms 35,57,12 and 14,27,9 and 42,67,?
now 35=5*7 i.e the next number (57) will come by putting the factors of previous number and the next number (12) will come by adding two factors.(5+7)
similarly 14 = 2*7
next number=27(Putting the factors together)
next number 9 = 2+7
next series
42 = 6*7
next number 67 (Putting the factors together)
Ans number = 6+7 = 13
