  ( -2, 4, -1)
  ( -1, 2, -3)
  By observing above parts carefully: next part becomes:
  ( 0, 0, -5)

• i think there is some mistake in the series.if you place -7 in place of -1 then answer will be 16.
  
  6/-3 = -2,
  -3+6+1 = 4
  
  Similarly,
  
  21/-7 = -3
  -7+21+1 = 16
