  pi*(R^2-r^2)= 11/25*(pi* r^2)
  R^2*pi = 36/25* (pi*r^2)
  R/r = 6/5
  now R= r+10
  so,
  r+10/r=6/5
  5*r+50=6*r
  r=50
  
  So there you go 50 is the correct answer.

  area of wall = pi*[(r+33)^2-r^2]
  given,pi*[(r+33)^2-r^2] =11/25(pi*r^2)
  by solving above eqn,
