- if we observe carefully we can split the series into two parts

in the given series the last number is 22,so the next number in the series would be alternate prime number after 19 i.e., 29

Solution : (1) Prime Number are : 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29,....in this series they took the alternate
numbers like 3,7,13,19,29,... so here the 9th term will be 29,..
(2) remaining numbers in the questions are 4,10,16,22,.... so here
2x2=4,2x5=10,2x8=16,2x11=22,...here they left 2x3=6,2x4=8, then they include again
2x5=10 again they left number 12,14,...so on,...so at last the answer will be 28,...
