• formulae is t2(1-x/t1) here t1 is first time t2 is second time
  x is cistern filled in 30 minutes
  so 45(1-30*2/75)=9

  30*2/75+x/45=1
  x/45=1-60/75
  x/45=15/74
  x/45=1/5
  x=45/5
  x=9 min
