If he buys the cloth at a discount of 5% on the marked price and sells it on a discount of 10% on the same marked price, then what is his percentage gain or loss?

say he bought 990 cm of cloth (LCM of 90 and 110)
so he paid (990/110)*0.95 = 8.55 re
while selling 990 cm he gets (990/90)*.90 = 9.9 Re
his profit = 9.9-8.55 = 1.35
