ramu sells gud for 27 per kg. but he has two plates for wighting one plate is 10% shorter then other.. he put 1 kg weight on shorter plat and apple on other plat.. at the end their is no profit no loss..what is cost price of apple

• ramu is making profit of 10% on weight because he puts 1 kg on shorter site.
  to balance this profit if there is decrease of 1/10 in weight then there should be increse of 1/9 in price so 1/9 of 27=3

• shorter plate is 10% than other on balance weigh.and he put 1kg of weigh on it.Now total weigh on shorter is 1kg+(10% of 1kg)=1kg+100gms.hence other side of the plate should have apple of weigh 1.1kg. and cost of 1.1 kg will be 27+2.7=29.7ans. (approx 30)
