Amount of sand in mixture = 2.9*3/9 = 2.9/3 = 0.966 qntl
Amt of cement in mixture = 2.9*2/9 = 0.64444 qntl
Amt of sand reqd for ratio of sand and cement as 5:3= 0.6444*5/3= 1.074 qntl
