now if we take the power of 5 and do 2*3+1=7
similarly for 5^4=625 and sum=6+2+5=13
now do 4*3+1=13

according to your rule 9*3+1=28.

- the ans should be 6031 but method will be different.
5^1=5
5^2=25 sum of digits=7
5^3=125 sum of digits=8
5^4=625 sum of digits= 13
and so on..
if you look carefully then one pattern is definite
that when the power of 5 is even then the sum of digits are increased by +6
like 7,13,19 ..so on
so as 2010 is even then in 2010/2=1005 th even number
then 7+(1005-1)*6=6031
so that is the answer.

i.e, 3+1+2+5 = 11
