Suppose there are 100 gates for going in and out,first dog open the 1st,2nd, 3rd upto 100, second dog changes the pattern of 2 ,4, 6...100, 3rd dog changes the earlier pattern of 3,6,9....100 and its continue upto 100th dog , in the end which gate is open...
