- remainder cannot be an even number because given p is four digit number it should be odd ('2' is only even prime) and multiples of 12 are always even so odd-even=odd. so answer is not in the options u have given

- A prime no.>5 when divisible by 6 always give remainder as 1 or 5,we cannot do so for 12,but for 12 we have :for a prime no.>5 when a square of a no. is divided by 12 then it will give always a remainder of 1...so the question must be abt the square of any prime no.
