  then 16th man would have paid = x-1200
  that is = 75+(x/16)
  ((x/16)=average)
  equating these two
  x-1200 = 75+(x/16)
  x-(x/16)= 1275
  15/16x = 1275
  x = 1275*16/15
  x = 1360
