  There is a 6 min space between hour hand and minute hand at 1 :12 hrs ....
  (I). Any other case does not satisfy the condition. There is a 7 min space between hour hand and minute hand is at 3:24 hrs ....
  (II). Again, the condition is not satisfied in any other case. In both the cases, hour hand is behind the minute hand. Total time elapsed between the first and the second observation is 2 hours and 12 minutes.
