Read Solution (Total 2)

- A)30,70
B)$12650
Let x be the number of TYPE A laser printer bought.
so the number of TYPE B laser printer bought = (100 -x)
profit >= 3450
x*45 + (100 - x)*30 >= 3450
15x >= 450
x >= 30
For minimum cost, TYPE A laser printer should be bought minimum.ie x-->minimum
so, x = 30
TYPE A = 30 and TYPE B = 70
minimum cost = 165*30 + 110*70
=$12650

- A)30,70
B)$12650
70*30=2100
30*45=1350 so Atype=30,B type=70
min cost=30*165+70*110=$12650 - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
