let total no of hrs = x
they have done 24+17=41
40% of x is 40/100=2/5
x=41+2x/5
x=68.3

work done on other services is x*40%= 2x/5hrs
(software work+help user work)done = (24+17)=41hrs
Then x-2x/5 = 41
x = 68.30hrs(ans)

and 17 hrs spend on users mean 24-17=7 hrs left nw 40% of this 7 hrs spend on others services so 17+2.8=19.8 ans..

because a day consist of 24 hours and that company's software section works for whole day i.e 24 hours
mean while it does services and help user also . So that is not going to include in that hours .

41 is the 60% of work

I think Work is Not done By a single Person...
it would be a group of member 1 person = 24 hrs.. if 3 person works it would be reduced to 8 hrs like that... Correct me If Iam Wrong
