  ==>50 days

• as we know...
  M1*W1*D1*T1=M2*W2*D2*T2 ;
  work will be same for both case. hence W1=W2 ;
  now,
  30*24*8=18*D2*10 ;
  on solving,
  D2= 32.
  so 18 men will take 32 days to finish the same piece of work if they are working for 10 hours a day.
