JUST MULTIPLY THE EACH OPTION GIVEN BY 2(NO OF WHEELS IN A BICYCLE) AND DEDUCT IT FROM THE TOTAL NUMBER OF WHEELS.

IF THE RESULT IS DIVISIBLE BY 4 I.E. THE WHEELS IN CAR,THEN THIS IS THE ANS.

but 25 ( given option) is not possible as 25 cycles will have 50 wheels which is more than 46.

if x=14 the only we can get valid output 0f y = 2
so answer is 14
