• using the theorem PT^2=PA*PB we can calculate MR
  6^2=rm*rq
  rq^2=8^2+6^2
  this gives rq as=10
  hence rm=36/10
  now pm^2=pr^2-mr^2
  pm=48/10
  now take the ratio of perimeter
  (pm+pr+mr)/(qr+pr+qp)
