• Angle between hour hand and minute hand = 30*H - 11/2*M

  11/2*M = 240 - 180 = 60
  M = 120/11

  12hrs(h-h) =360degree ,1hr(60min)(m-h)=360
  1hr(h-h)=30degre ,1min(m-h)=6,m-h in relative to h-h is 6-0.5=5.5 or 11/2
  8hrs=8*30=240degre
  
  so that(h-h)angle is more
  
  therefore angle between two hands(h-h&m-h)=240-(m-h)*5.5=180
  
  =>(m-h)=10m 10/11sec
  so total time is 8hr 10m 10/11sec
