2 taps can fill a tank in 8hrs and 6hrs respectively a 3rd tap can empty it in 12hrs. how long will it take to fill the tank if all 3 taps are opened together?

• In 1hr tank filled ll be = 1/8 + 1/6 - 1/12
  ==> 3 + 4 - 2/24 = 5/24
  
  So time taken to fill d entire tank = 24/5 hrs==> 4 4/5 hrs ==> 4hrs 48mins

  ===> tank will be filled in 24/5 hours = 4 hours 4/5*60 min
