- I think they given the question wrong they must have specify the zero th position in the left or right.
if we take the right as zeroth then it is impossible because to have a valid 10 digit number 9th must be at least 1 . hence there will be one 9 in the digit . if there is a 9 then there should be some digit 9 times but then it is not remain 10 digit number. so the 0th digit mus be from left - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(2)
