• In order to earn a total of $400 in 4 shifts, he should earn $100 in each shift
  For each shift, there are 4 hrs
  for 1 hr --> earn $4
  for 4 hrs --> earn $x
  x = 4*4 = $16
  so he earns $16 in 1 shift in 4hrs... so he has to earn $84 through calls...ie ($100 - $16)
  
  For 1 call --> earns $4
  for x call - -> $84
  x= 84/4 * 1 = 21 calls
