9996 = 1001+(n-1)*7
n=1286
Four digit terms divisible by 101 are

9999 = 1010+(n-1)*101
n = 90
Common terms for both the series are,
1414,2121,2828,3535,....9898
9898 = 1414 + (n-1)*707
n = 13
Total no. of 4 digit natural numbers divisible by 101 or 7 = 1286 + 90 - 13
