  M = 3/4 * 16 = 12
  
  Marion age is 12

  now-
  les's age=x+4;and marion's age=3/4(x+4);
  so...
  so we can put
  2/3x+4=3/4(x+4);
  by solving this we get x=12;
  so now....

  marion's age=12;
