digital watch was set accurately at 8.30 a.m and then lost 2 seconds every 5 mins.what was the time indicated on watch at 6.30 p.m of the same day if the watch operated continuously that time

• for every 5 minutes digital watch lags 2 sec hence for 60 minutes(1 hour) 24 seconds are lost .
  now there are 10 hours of time in between 6 30 pm and 8 30 am
  as said above for 10 hours of time 240 seconds(4 min) are lost hence time will be 6:26 pm but actually it has to be 6 30
