  as 39 th statement says , Exactly 39 statement are false. which satisfies the above condition.

• All the statements except for the 39th are contradictory to each other for example, if we assume that statement 5 is correct that means there are only 5 false statements and other 35 statements are true but, all the other statements states different numbers of false statements present on the sheet nad in similar fashion we can rule the other statements false except for 39th. Now assuming the 39th statement is correct, it means except for the 39th statement all other are false. This is a valid statement with no contradiction since we know that all other statements are false.
