  If distance of house=x
  Time taken by highway=x/30 & by interstate=x/50
  Given, (x/50)=(x/30)-2, x=150

  If rectangle has sides x & y,
  Given xy=500 ---(i) & 2(x+y)=300 ---(ii)
  Simplifying (i) & (ii), x^2-150x+500=0, x= 146.58 or 3.41
