Because if we take X as 6 and Y as 3, then we can easily see that X consists of 3 and 2 which undoubtedly means that X is a multiple of 3 that is Y.

Balachandra, the question says that " x is divisible by y ". it means the remainder is zero. how can u take x=3 and y = 7 ?
