A certain linear function is expresed in terms x and y. The graph of the function has a slope of 2/3 and a y-intercept of 3. What is the equation of this function?

y-intercept of 3 so constant b= 3
as we know linear line equation is y= mx+b

so our equation is y=(2/3)x+3
3y=2x+9
2x-3y+9=0
