  speed of car b=30 km/h
  formula ) speed= (distance/time)
  time is same so time=(dist./speed)
  x/10=y/30
  x/y=10/30
  and radio= x:y=1:3

• if the time is constant then there is a direct proptionality between speed and distance.The rato of speeed is 1:3 ,hence the ratio of distance would be 1:3.
