• avg of new 12 adults age = 32
  total age of new 12 adults = 32 * 12 = 384
  avg of x adults age = 30
  total age of x adults =30 * x
  12 new adults add with old x adults. so total no. of adults is (12 + x)
  total age of (12 + x) adults = 384 + (30 * x)
  avg of (12 + x) adults age = 384 + (30*x)/(12+x) = 31 (given)
  solve this we get, x =12
