• excuse me everyone.. please see my logic for 7th question and tel what is wrong in my view.
  Divide the given series into 3 blocks:
  (4,2,5,9), (5,11,13,7), (16,17,9,?)
  
  now (4,2,5,9)= 5+4-2=9;
  (5,11,13,7)13+5-11=7
  similarly : (16,17,9,?) 16+9-17= 8
