• For a no. to be divisible by 8, the last 3-digits of that no. should be divisible by 8...
  Here 6x2 should be divisible by 8...
  Try for all possible value from 0 to 9...

  So, 6*2 has to be divisibile by 8.
  
  I know 512 is divisible by 8.
  
  Also 592 is divisible by 8.
  
  So, 632 is divisible by 8.
  
  So * is 3.
